The Elite Ones Kids Organization Inc. 1st Annual Junior Cotillion Ball is a premier youth etiquette and character development event in Brooklyn, New York, designed to empower young ladies and gentlemen ages 8–13 with confidence, poise, and leadership skills. This formal youth event combines tradition, cultural pride, and structured instruction to prepare children for success in both social and academic settings.
Elite Ones Kids' Cotillion & Youth Leadership Program prepares Black and Brown youth with the confidence, communication skills, etiquette, and leadership presence needed to succeed academically, professionally, and socially.
The program blends tradition with modern leadership development, reinforcing self-worth, discipline, cultural pride, and excellence.
